珠三角中小企业贷款问题研究

摘 要

随着经济全球化、一体化的不断推进，中小企业对国内生产总值的贡献、促进经济快速发展以及实现社会充分就业方面都发挥了不可磨灭的作用，它在国民经济和社会发展中的地位越来越突出。但它在信贷市场所能享有的金融服务却没有随着其地位的提升而发生过多改变，困扰其发展的融资难问题仍然长期存在，贷款难更已经成为了中小企业发展过程中的头等难题。特别是珠三角地区的中小企业，在后金融危机时代，必须通过贷款等融资方式，来继续企业的生存和发展。解决中小企业贷款问题，对推动我国整个社会经济发展具有重要的意义。
本文首先对中小企业及贷款的概念进行了界定，包括中小企业的相关概念和企业贷款的相关概念，并说明解决中小企业贷款的重要意义和作用；继而从珠三角中小企业贷款融资过程中出现的渠道少、成本高、时间长等问题入手，通过对当前中小企业贷款难的原因进行分析，最后从政府、商业银行及中小企业自身等三方面提出建议措施。

Abstract
With the advance of economic globalization, integration, the Small & Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) has played an indelible role to GDP, to the promotion of rapid economic development and the achievement of full employment , it is becoming  more and more prominent in national economic and social development. But in the credit markets, it can access to financial services has not too much change occurred with the upgrading of their status, which doesn't assort with it's contribution in our country's social development.Financing issues plagued its development still persist.Today, the financing has become a top priority for SMEs in the process of development challenges.In particular the Pearl River Delta SMEs, after the financial crisis, must be financed by loans and other means, to continue to the survival and development of enterprises.Financing of loans for SMEs, promote the overall socio-economic development in China is of great significance.
This thesis,lending to SMEs in Pearl River Delta research on issues. First explains the concept and definition of SMEs and loan, including concepts and related concepts of corporate loans for SMEs, and explains the significance and role of loans for small and medium size enterprises; Then from the Pearl River Delta channels of financing, the problem such as small loan, high costs and long time, through the analysis of the current financial difficulties in,from the three aspects of Government, commercial banks and SMEs themselves recommend measures.
