郑州mba西餐厅的营销策略分析

近年来，郑州市餐饮业年营业额连续高速增长，其中有相当数量是兴起的西餐业的贡献。随着改革开放的发展，西餐日益成为郑州市餐饮消费的重要文化追求，加之近年来一些知名西餐品牌引入郑州市，极大地丰富了其餐饮市场，也为郑州市西餐业的发展开拓了广阔的前景。
但是，在西餐业一派欣欣向荣的态势中，鼓噪、浮躁相随，困局及隐忧笼罩在许多小西餐企业头顶，不能不引起注意。这些“成长中的烦恼”一部分是国内餐饮企业的共性，但在尚发育中的许多小西餐企业身上尤为明显。
本文首先在前言中提出了研究问题的背景和意义，之后介绍了mba西餐厅；并对mba目前市场营销环境和营销策略现状作了概述；在此基础上结合郑州市餐饮市场的发展特点，运用市场营销和战略管理的理论和方法，并以调查数据为依据，指出了mba西餐厅营销策略存在的问题，最后总结出了mba西餐厅未来营销策略发展方向，供大家参考。

Abstract

In recent years,Zhengzhou food and beverage industry continuously has increased in a high speed,including the contribution of some western-style food industry.With the development of reform and openness, the western-style food becomes the important cultural pursue day by day in the Zhengzhou dining expends. In addition,in recent years some well-known western-style food brand is introduced in Zhengzhou, which has enriched its dining market enormously and also has developed the broad prospect for the Zhengzhou western-style food's industry development.
But in a prosperity situation about the western-style food industry, there are some uproar and impetuous following.The worry and dilemma covered in the top of  the head about many small western-style food.These must have been to diaw attention. A part of these “Growing Pains” is the commen features in the domestic dining enterprise, but is too obvious in the many small western-style food enterprise which are still developing.
In this paper, in the foreword to study issues raised in the background and significance.Afterward,it introduced the SENCERE station and has overviewed the current marketing environment and marketing strategy about the SENCERE station. Based on this combination of Zhengzhou City restaurant features of the development of the market, has used the theory and methods of the marketing and strategic management and survey data as the basis to find problems  in the marketing strategy of the SENCERE station restaurant.Atlast,concluded a strategy development direction of the future about SENCERE station , only for reference purposes.
