浅析热线新闻的“冷”问题的成因及对策


随着都市报的兴起,热线新闻也逐渐登上都市报的舞台,成为便民服务的一部分,同时也是报纸与读者关系最为密切的一部分。读者在这里可以反映他们发现的新情况,可以投诉身边发生的不公事,也可以寻求报社的任何帮助,总之,一部热线电话让你尽情的爆料。正如《江南都市报》市民热线部的广告语所说:“有问题找江南都市报,有难题找江南都市报”,如今,热线电话已经成为了广大读者在走投无路的情况下的首选了,有难事解决不了就拨打报社的热线电话,可是在我国现今热线新闻如火如荼的发展的情形下,热线新闻依然存在着很多的问题。通过更深入地分析,我们发现其实很多问题表现在采编人员专业意识弱和媒体责任意识淡薄上,但归根结底是作为事业单位的媒体无作为的社会地位和作为企业个体的无社会责任感,造就管理上的漏洞和具体操作上的问题。

Abstract
As the Urban Newspaper becomes popular, the hot news becomes an important part of the paper. It plays an important role to help the people, and has the closest relation to people. Readers can discuss what they recently discover, report what they find unfair, or find help from the press. Briefly speaking, a hotline call can help them to have a voice. Just like what the advertisement of South Urban Newspaper says, Contact us if you have a question, Contact us if you have a problem.
Nowadays, the hotline calls has been the first choice of many readers. They turn to the press when things cannot be solved. However, there are still a lot of problems with hotline calls although the press news is developing very quickly. Through deeper analysis, we find that most problems in this field are due to the weak awareness of the journalists and the media. Overall, the press’ being helpless as a public service unite and  being irresponsible as an entrepreneur individual gives rise to the problems in management and detailed operation.
