论文首先从房地产投资风险管理的特征与现状出发，深入研究房地产投资风险的主要类型以及产生风险的各种原因，同时结合房地产业本身所特有的内外部环境特点，讨论房地产及房地产投资的含义和房地产的现状及前景。
其次论述房地产投资概念，基本特征，以及二者之间的关系；并将房地产投资过程分为几个阶段，分别就各个阶段中各风险因素进行了分析。再次，论文采用各种方法对风险进行评估。最后，提出我国房地产投资风险的总体状况及变化趋势。

The Investigation for the Supervising of the Real Estate’s Investment Venture
Abstract: The real estate has become the hot industry which is opened out in 21ed century. Seen from the real estate itself, it has small sum and long periods of Investment and its venture is obvious. So we need a appropriate to make qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in daily life that our country could make right developing stratagem to mark out and lead consumers to make sane choices. This paper has lucubrated the types and reasons of the supervising of the real estate’s which is based on the characters and actualities. Besides, the thesis has discussed the signification, actuality and foreground of the Real Estate according to the intestine and external circumstances of the real estate’s investment. Then, this paper dissertated the conception, basic characters of the real estate investment and the relations of these two factors. Besides, the actor has split the real estate to several moments and analyzed the venture factors in every moments. Then, the actor has evaluated the ventures according many kinds of ways. At the end of this paper, the actor has presented the status and the variational directions as a whole.
