【内容摘要】

稠油集输工艺流程的优选研究

目前辽河油田已进入“三高期”开发阶段,原油产量逐年递减,原油含水不断上升,原有集输方式已不适应现场要求,致使系统运行效率低,单耗高,造成很大浪费,因此,需要进行油气集输系统运行的优化和工艺改造。本文介绍了辽河油田的集油工艺流程,对稠油的特性进行了研究,
因此,无论从节能环保还是降低生产成本的角度考虑,都需要进行油气集输系统运行的优化和工艺改造。选择或改造出最适应目前生产状况的稠油集油的工艺流程。而本文就是从这个角度出发,以稠油油品物理性质及流变学数据为基础,从安全输送与节能输送的角度,给出稠油各种集输流程(单管冷输、单管热输、掺稀油、掺活性水和三管集输流程)的应用界限,从而达到对稠油集油工艺流程进行优选的目的。

Abstract
The subjects come from the LiaoHe Oilfield,As Liaohe Oilfield has entered the "three high" development stage ,Crude oil production gradually decline,water content of crude oil is constantly rising. the problem of surface Transport System is getting highlighted, Part of the original station Pipeline, equipment and so on ,design capabilities are not matched with the actual ,the original Gathering and transportation methods could not suit the requirements of the scene ,causing the system operation inefficient high single cost, causing great waste .thus, whether energy Saving Environmental Protection or reduce production costs , need for oil and gas gathering and transportation system optimization and operation of the transformation process .choose or reconstruct the most adapted to the current production of the tars gathering process. This paper is from this perspective, physical nature and      rheological data of tars as base, from a safety and energy-saving conveyor transportation perspective , Given the Application limits of various tars gathering process (Single-tube cold transport, Single-tube heat transport, mix into dilute oil ,mix into actitve water and three-tube gathering and transportation process), Thereby achieve the tars gathering process for the purpose of Optimization.
