村镇银行的发展模式研究
在建设具有中国特色的社会主义社会过程中，“三农”问题始终是党和政府高度重视并着重解决的问题。而发展现代农业有一个十分重要的问题必须解决，那就是农村的资金问题。作为新型农村金融机构，村镇银行对于农村金融建设和经济发展有着重要的促进作用，一定程度上满足了农村金融服务的需求。然而在实际的生活中，村镇银行的发展面临着诸多困境。仍处在试点阶段的村镇银行，其发展模式仍有很大的争议。本文从制约村镇银行的可持续发展的内外部因素进行分析，通过案例的介绍就我国的村镇银行发展的有效模式进行探讨和总结，本文分析了孟加拉乡村银行和美国的社区银行，结合我国的国情寻找我国可借鉴的经验。在此基础上，根据前文分析的村镇银行的发展模式，本文结尾对村镇银行的运行机制、内部控制、政府扶持和金融监管方面提出了自己一点意见。

The Research on the Development Mode of the Village Bank
Abstract：In process of socialist construction ,agricultural economics are the most important problem ,which get the party and government concerned .It is the financial problem for modern agriculture which should be solved .As a new type of rural financial institutions, village banks have a positive on the rural financial construction and the development of economy. On certain degree, village banks meet the demand of rural financial service. However, in real life, the development of rural banks confronts many difficulties .Still in the pilot phase, development mode of the village banks still have very big controversy. From the internal and external factors of restricting the sustainable development of rural banks, the article discusses and summarizes on the effective development mode of village banks by the case research. This article analyzes the GB and the Community Bank, gain experience combined with the actual conditions. Based on this, At last, put forward my own pattern and proposal.
