我国上市公司并购动机的研究

20世纪90年代以来，企业并购之风席卷全球，掀起了又一次的并购浪潮。并购成为行业内最流行的词汇之一。在我国，由于企业改革的深化、产业结构调整、国际竞争力的增加等各方面原因，导致我国企业为寻求新发展，开始走上并购的道路。但是在我国上市公司并购重组过程中仍存在着一些问题。我国上市公司股权结构特殊，所以有其独特的动机。

 The Research on merging motivation of listed company in China
ABSTRACT
Since the 1990s, mergers and acquisitions of the wind sweeping across the world, setting off yet another wave of mergers and acquisitions. Mergers and acquisitions to become one of the most popular words in the industry. In China, due to the deepening of China's enterprise reform, industrial restructuring, and increase international competitiveness reasons, China's enterprises to seek new development began to embark on the road of mergers and acquisitions. But in the process of China's listed companies in mergers and acquisitions, there are still some problems. China's Listed Companies structure is special, so it also has a unique motivation.
