中国死刑制度的沿革及发展

我国死刑制度的废除是历史发展的必然趋势，但是现阶段从我国的生产力水平和大部分民众的思想来说，废除死刑是行不通的，所以我们应该从减少死刑制度在实践中的适用，从而为废除死刑制度做铺垫，使死刑制度的废除最终成为历史发展的必然。随着人权思想的兴起，国际上开始了对于死刑制度存废与否的讨论，使死刑制度的废除逐步被提上历史日程并被许多国家和地区接受。但是我国依旧是适用死刑的国家之一，从我国的现阶段的生产力状况方面来说我国并不适合立刻废除死刑制度，应当从减少死刑适用，增强学界废除死刑的呼声以及更加文明化立法等几个方面出发，逐步减少死刑的适用，使废除死刑制度成为历史的必然。

Evolution and Development of China's death penalty system
            
Abstract: The main view is the abolition of the death penalty system in China is an inevitable trend of historical development, but at this stage from the level of China's productive forces, and most people thought the abolition of the death penalty does not work, so we should minimize the death penalty system applicable in practice, so as to abolish the death penalty system to become a historical necessity. With the rise of ideas of human rights, international start for the death penalty deposit waste whether or not the discussion of the abolition of the death penalty system gradually being put on the historical agenda and in many countries and regions to accept. But China is still one of the countries applying the death penalty in China from China's current productivity status, is not suitable for the immediate abolition of the death penalty system, it should reduce the application of the death penalty, and enhance the academic voices of the abolition of the death penalty ，the abolition of the death penalty system has become a historical necessity.
