论政府对虚假信息传播的管理——以张悟本、李一等事件为例

   近年来国内外虚假信息的传播范围越来越广，我国新闻界，广告业等等领域都发生了一系列的造假事件，这对整个社会乃至我国的国际形象都产生了恶劣的影响。本文首先从虚假信息的概念和危害入手，深入地用不同的案例来分析我国虚假信息泛滥的现状和虚假信息的成因，进一步强调其危害性。接着阐述了政府对不同类型的虚假信息常用的管理手段，通过具体案例分析总结出政府对虚假信息传播的管理方法现仍存在哪些不足。最后是针对管理中的漏洞提出本人的看法和对策，具体问题具体分析，管理不同类型的虚假信息要根据其传播特点、成因等方面着手，倡导用创新、实用的理念去管理虚假信息。

——Zhang Wuben and Li Yi Events as Examples

Abstract

In recent years and the spread of false information more and more wide range in our country, the press, the advertising business, academia, etc have happened to the field of a series of this revelation, the whole society and the international image of China has had a bad influence. In this paper, the concept and harm of false information of deep with different case to analysis the present situation of our country false information overload and the causes of the false information, further emphasize the hazards. Then elaborate on the government to different types of false information of management method of commonly used, through the analysis of the specific case of false information to the government of the spread of management method is still in place which shortage. The last is put forward for loopholes in management of my views and countermeasures, the concrete analysis, management of different types of false information according to the propagation characteristics and the causes of aspects, advocating the concept of innovation, practical with false information to management.
