上市公司股权融资偏好的行为解释

企业的资金融通是企业经营活动的重要组成部分，融资方式的差异会对企业的发展产生不同的影响。随着我国金融市场的迅猛发展、经济改革的不断深入，上市公司越来越占据举足轻重的地位，而且越来越成为公众瞩目的焦点。但由于从实际来看，我国资本市场还是一个新兴的市场，现代企业制度并未完全意义上的建立起来，因此这使得我国上市公司的融资行为实践有着自身固有的一些特征。本文的目的在于通过仔细研究我国上市公司首次公开募股、配股、增发股票三种形式的实施和被上市公司深深喜欢的原因，从对投资者的利益与投资的积极性的影响、对上市公司成长性的影响、对宏观经济环境的影响等方面对我国上市公司股权融资偏好的影响结果进行分析，最后提出中肯建议，希望对于规范我国上市公司的行为和加快资本市场的健康发展有着现实意义。

Interpretation of Listed Corporations Equity Financing Preference Behavior
ABSTRACT

Financing is a significant component in the operating activities of corporations. The differences among different ways have different influences in the development of corporation. As the financial market developing and the economic reform deeping, the listed corporations are occupying more and more important position and a large amount of people keep an eye on them. As the matter of fact, the capital market of China is a new developing market and the modern corporation system has not been really set up, which lead to their own characteristics in our listed corporation’s financial practice. So the purpose of the paper is to study the IPO and SEO and why the listed companies like equity shares, analyze the effect from aspect of the interests and enthusiasm of the investors, investment of the listed companies and the influence of the macroeconomic. In the end, I put forward related suggestions. I hope that the text will have realistic meaning about regulating the behavior of the listed corporations and sound development of our capital market.
