上市公司社会责任信息披露存在的问题及对策

伴随全球经济的发展，经济效益不再是我们唯一关注的指标，我们追求的是经济的可持续发展。而社会上企业员工权益得不到保障、产品质量不合格、环境污染等问题屡屡出现，而上市公司在经济活动过程中，其应履行的社会责任、自然环境责任牵扯到利益相关者的权益。因此建立规范完善的社会责任信息披露体制已成为必然。本文通过对我国上市公司社会责任信息披露的现状研究，就其所存在的问题，从上市公司的内部及外部两方面提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract：Along with the development of the global economy, and the economic benefit is no longer the only thing we focus on indicator, and we are in pursuit of sustainable development of the economy. And social enterprise employees not guaranteed rights, product quality issues, environment pollution is often appear, and listed companies in the process of economic activities, its should fulfill social responsibility, natural environment responsibility to involve stakeholders of the rights and interests. So to establish a standardized perfect social responsibility information disclosure system has become necessary. This article through the listed companies on China's social responsibility of the present situation of information disclosure, the existing problems, from listed company internal and external two put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
