护理干预对慢性重症肝炎患者社会支持和生活质量的影响 目的：了解慢性重症肝炎住院患者的生活质量情况和社会支持状况，并了解对患者采取护理干预措施后慢性重症肝炎住院患者生活质量的改善情况。方法：本研究选取河北省唐山市第九医院住院的慢性重症肝炎患者130例，随机分为实验组和对照组。两组均给予常规护理教育，实验组同时还接受了由研究者设计并实施的护理干预措施在入院一周内应用简明生活质量量表和社会支持评定量表对患者进行生活质量情况与社会支持状况调查。结果：慢性重症肝炎患者的生活质量总评分、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康、躯体角色等明显低于对照组（P<0.01）。护理干预后慢性重症肝炎患者实验组与对照组比较，实验组患者的生活质量在躯体功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、情感角色和心理健康各维度均有改善（P＜0.01）。结论： 通过对患者进行心理护理、营养支持和健康教育可直接影响患者的社会支持生活质量,医护人员应重视对慢性重症肝炎患者的护理干预,以保证高质量护理干预的提供,促进患者生活质量的提高。 关键词：慢性重症肝炎；社会支持；生活质量；护理干预 Nursing intervention for patients with chronic severe hepatitis Social support and quality of life Abstracts Objective: Patients with chronic severe hepatitis patient quality of life conditions and social support, and understanding to take care interventions for patients with chronic severe hepatitis in hospitalized patients after the quality of life improvements. Methods: This study selected the ninth hospital Tangshan, Hebei Province of the 130 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Both groups were given routine care education, the experimental group also received by the researchers to design and implement nursing interventions in the hospital within a week and the quality of life scale application of simple rating scale of social support on quality of life of patients with social support investigation. Results: Patients with chronic severe hepatitis quality of life total score, general health, vitality, social function, emotional role, mental health, physical role so significantly lower than the control group (P <0.01). Nursing intervention in patients with chronic severe hepatitis after the experimental group and control group, experimental group patients quality of life in physical functioning, bodily pain, general health, vitality, emotional role and mental health of all dimensions were improved (P <0.01). Conclusion: patients with psychological care, nutritional support and health education can directly affect the quality of life of patients with social support, medical attention should be paid to the care of patients with chronic severe hepatitis intervention to ensure provision of quality care intervention to promote quality of life of patients improved.
