金荷花物业公司内部控制的研究

中小企业在国内国民经济中有着重要的地位，然而金荷花物业在发展中，对内部控制的建设往往是无意识的或依据的是国外大公司的模式。因此构建和完善金荷花内部控制模式有利于企业提高绩效，为国内中小企业的发展提供借鉴。从国外内部控制理论四个发展阶段演变过程入手，剖析了金荷花内部控制的发展历程，阐述了金荷花内部控制制度的现状，指出了存在的问题的症结所在，并结合实际状况，提出建立金荷花内部控制应从四个方面进行，以及在建立内控制度时应注意的问题，进而使金荷花的内部控制水平能上一个新的台阶。

 Abstract

 Small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy has an important position, but the Golden Lotus property in development, to the construction of internal control is often unconscious or is based on the model of large foreign companies. Therefore, constructing and perfecting the internal control mode of Golden Lotus can help enterprises improve performance, for domestic small and medium enterprises to provide a reference for the development. From foreign internal control theory four developmental stages of evolution of the start, analysis of the Golden Lotus internal control development history, elaborated the Golden Lotus internal control system present situation, points out the existing problems, combined with the actual situation, proposed the establishment of Golden Lotus internal control from four aspects, as well as in the establishment of internal control system problems should be paid attention to when the golden lotus, the level of internal control to a new level.
