浅论邮政企业的人力资源管理

着知识经济时代的来临,人在企业管理中的重要性越来越高,人力资源是企业的第一重要资源,已被越来越重视。人力资源已经跃居于物力资源之上成为企业发展的主导因素。

经济的发展取决于对人力资源的占有配置和使用,这就要求企业树立“以人为本”的管理思想,把“人”作为企业的资本,作为企业最重要的资源来管理开发,这也是邮政企业提高核心竞争力的第一要务。

The Management of Human Resources in Postal Enterprise

Abstract: As the coming of the era of knowledge economy, human is becoming more and more important in the enterprise management. At the same time, human resources is being paid more and more attention as the first crucial resources. Prior to material resources, human resources have become the vital factor of enterprise development. The development of economy depends the configuration and utility of human resources. It means enterprises should use the thinking -human is basic- as their foundational managment guide and make people as their important capital. Human resources should be managed and developed as the most important resources in enterprise, which is also the first assignment to be done for the improving the core competence of postal enterprise.
