企业高层决策所需的信息内容分析

本文主要是企业高层决策所需的信息内容分析。首先，通过查阅资料阐释了信息在经营决策中的重要意义；然后，根据企业高层决策的需要，通过深入分析，从信息与决策的关系、决策所需的信息的宏观及微观分类等方面介绍了高层决策所需信息的分类；随后就其信息收集的问题与运用问题提出自己的看法；接着，针对高层决策所需的信息内容提出了相关的对策与措施；最后，根据国内的现状预测了企业信息需求的五个方面的趋势。

Abstract
In this paper, is a senior corporate decision-making information needed to content analysis. First of all, through access to information illustrates the importance of information in managerial decision; Then, according to the needs of senior corporate decision-making through in-depth analysis of macro and micro classification of the relationship between information and decision-making, decision-making required information about classification of high-level decision-making information; then issues of its information collection and use of the problem put forward their own views; Then, for high-level decision-making required for content-related countermeasures; Finally, according to the domestic status quo forecast the trend of the five aspects of the business information needs.
