本文以A公司中秋月饼销售为研究对象,在借鉴销售物流理论知识的基础上,从销售物流管理的首要职能计划出发,阐述了销售物流管理核心环节合理化的概念与具体实施方法。依照公司现有的营销模式,分别对A公司月饼销售物流中的采购管理、库存管理、运输管理进行了深入研究,并根据发现的问题结合生产与运作管理、物流系统工程和运筹学等学科的理论知识做出了具体的相关优化方案,即分别应用模糊综合评价法、主观概率加权平均法和表上作业之最小元素法,依据A公司往年的历史数据做出了相应的预测与决策。将现代物流管理的理念与方法应用到企业销售物流活动中去。为客户提供了迅速有效的供货、配送服务,扩大企业的销售,降低原料采购的成本,节省企业的销售费用,从而增加企业利润。总结起来就是,本文通过对物流管理的三大核心环节的优化,得到了降低企业销售物流成本、加快运输速度、提高客户满意度的良好效果,最终达到提高企业整体效益和市场竞争力的目的。

ABSTRACT
This thesis takes moon cake sales of the A company in Mid-Autumn Festival as research object, on the basis of referencing the theoretical knowledge of sales logistics, from the primary function of sales logistics management sets out, elaborated the concepts and the specific implementation method about the rationalization of the core areas of sales logistics management. According to the company's existing marketing model, make a deep study about purchasing management, inventory management, transportation management, in moon cake sales logistics of the A company respectively, and In accordance with the problems found in combination with the theoretical knowledge of production and operation management, logistics system engineering and operations research and other disciplines, made specific relevant optimization scheme, that used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, marginal analysis and the minimum-element of operations on the table method, by the historical data of A company in previous years to make the prediction and decision-making. Taking the modern logistics management concepts and methods used in enterprise sales logistics activities. Provide customers with rapid and effective delivery and distribution services, to expand enterprise sales, reduce the cost of the physical distribution, saving the cost of sales, thereby increasing corporate profits. To sum up, the enterprise has been to reduce sales logistics costs, accelerate the speed of transportation, improve customer satisfaction with good results, and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the overall efficiency and market competitiveness by optimizing the three core aspects of logistics management.
