文章以新产品开发类项目的质量管理为研究对象，在以下几个方面进行了探讨。
首先系统地分析了企业新产品开发管理，其中详细地介绍了产品开发流程和开发团队的管理。然后结合项目质量管理的理论基础，分别从项目质量策划、质量保证和质量控制三个方面来研究新产品开发项目中的质量管理方法。

Abstract
This paper studies on the quality management of new product development project, and gives details on the following points.
Firstly, it researches on the new product development in enterprises from a system view, and explains the process of the new product development and the management team in detail. Secondly, combined with the basic theory of project quality management, it studies on the project quality planning, quality assurance and quality control of the quality management method in new product development project.
