论劳动力成本上升对小企业的影响

随着经济规模的扩大和发展，以及物价上涨的影响，劳动力成本的上升的趋势日益显现，这给小企业带来了不少压力。劳动力成本的上升主要有企业内部的因素、社会保险的因素以及外部环境的因素所引起的。在小企业中，劳动力成本的上升，更使得企业产品的利润大幅下降，甚至保本，也不利于企业的扩大再生产。劳动力成本作为企业成本中的一个重要组成部分，它的高低对企业发展有不可磨灭的影响。在本文中将结合上海方库信息技术有限公司在劳动力成本上升对该企业影响的案例进行分析。廉价的劳动力的时代已经渐渐隐退，但劳动力成本过快增长又会消弱产业竞争力，并可能因这些问题导致经济放缓，就业岗位减少。所以应该从产生劳动力成本上升的根源，以及其对企业发展产生的影响两个方面分析，找到对企业有效的解决措施来减少劳动力成本上升带给企业的不利影响，使得企业更好的发展。
