济南高校教育对区域经济发展的作用分析

随着经济全球化和知识经济的不断深入发展，人力资源正日益成为比土地、能源等物质资源更重要的资源之一，成为促进国家和地方地区经济发展的最重要战略性资源，人力资源成为国家、地区乃至企业发展的根本推动力。
本篇论文以马克思主义的教育生产力理论为指导，解汲了取西方经济学说中有关人力资本和经济增长理论的，总结了国内外的高等教育在促进区域经济发展的经验和不足，利用国内外一些先进的区域教育先进理论，理论与实际相结合，结合济南当前高校教育和区域经济的发展现状试图给出一个制定区域经济发展战略的分析框架，为各级有关政府部门及其研究机构人员在制定区域发展战略时直接提供借鉴和合理建议。最后，对如何提高济南高等教育对区域经济发展的作用和贡献提出了建议。

ABSTRACT
     With the deepening of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy, human resources is increasingly becoming one of the more important resource for land, energy and material resources, the promotion of national and local economic development in the most important strategic resources, human resources become a national region as well as the fundamental driving force of enterprise development.
    This paper is to educational productivity theory of Marxism as a guide, solution drain to take the West economics in relation to human capital and economic growth theory, summed up the domestic and foreign higher education in promoting regional economic development experience and inadequate use of domestic and foreign advanced regional education advanced theory, theory and practice combined with the Jinan current higher education and regional economic development status to try to give an analytical framework for the development of regional economic development strategy for all levels of the personnel of government departments and research institutions inregional development strategies directly reference and reasonable proposals.
