浅谈娱乐新闻侵权

随着中国国内经济的蓬勃发展和繁荣，人们的生活也越来越丰富多样，娱乐新闻从以前的“配角”，发展到现在几乎各类媒体都可以看到其活跃的身影。同时，娱乐新闻侵权问题也出现，有些甚至有加深的趋势，比如恶意炒作、谣言诽闻不断、曝光隐私权、明星代言问题，诸多问题的长期存在会导致娱乐新闻在受众心中产生负面影响。而作为新闻的一种，娱乐新闻也必须肩负起反映舆论、引导舆论、提倡健康向上的文化精神的任务。
文章分为四个部分，第一部分对有关娱乐新闻侵权问题的概念做了一定的界定和解释；第二部分介绍当前娱乐新闻侵权的表现及影响；第三部分对娱乐新闻侵权行为产生的原因做了一定的阐述；第四部分提出了关于预防娱乐新闻侵权的一些见解。
