上市公司股利分配政策研究
虽然近几年我国上市公司发展良好、资本市场也日益完善，但在我国上市公司中不合理的股利分配现象还普遍存在。本文运用现有的相关股利分配政策理论对我国股利分配现状进行分析，针对股利分配中存在的主要问题提出相关对策。

Abstract：Although in recent years the development of listed companies and capital markets also increasingly perfect, but in my country on the unreasonable phenomenon is widespread distribution of dividends. the use of the existing related to the dividend distribution policy theory of our present distribution of dividends analysis, the distribution of dividends in the main issue related to countermeasures.
