白先勇小说作品中赌局构成的悲剧人生

被夏志清先生誉为“当代短篇小说少见的奇才”的台湾作家白先勇创作了《纽约客》、《台北人》等经典短篇小说作品，而貌似留学生小说，实属“历史——命运”性质的《谪仙记》就是其中一篇。本文以主人翁李彤的死亡作为切入点，以她生到死这个过程为线索，按“谪仙”（命运的扭转）、对命运的反抗方式以及抗争路上的孤军奋战分为三个赌局，展现她屡败屡战，屡战屡败这一呈赌局式的悲剧人生，以此来透视白先勇小说中的命运意识以及他惯有的悲悯情怀。

Abstract
Bai Xiangyong, a Taiwan author, who is honored by Xia Zhiqing as a rare genius for contemporary short stories, has created several classic short stories, such as People in New York, People of Taibei. Zhe Xia Ji, is just one of these stories, which seem like novels of foreign students, but in fact are telling the stories of history and destiny. This article starts from the death of the main actor Li Tong, tracing back to the whole process of her death, presenting her miserable life of suffering constant defeat, in order to analyze the consciousness of destiny and the sympathy for the miserable usually showed in Bai Xianyong’s stories.
