施工图预算是建筑企业和建设单位签订承包合同和办理工程结算的依据，也是建筑企业编制计划、实行经济核算和考核经营成果的依据，是招投标过程中建设单位确定标底和建筑企业投标报价的依据，施工图预算是关系建设单位和建筑企业经济利益的技术经济文件。
    本文首先介绍了施工图预算的相关概念、作用、以及其研究施工图预算的意义；之后介绍了施工图预算编制的方法、编制依据以及编制程序；其次，在本文中作者以中学宿舍楼为例，按照施工图预算编制的方法、编制依据以及编制程序对其进行施工图预算的编制，以此更加清晰的向读者介绍施工图预算的编制过程。最后根据施工图预算的编制，得出本项目的最终总造价。

Abstract

  This paper first introduces the related concept of the construction budget, the role, as well as the significance of the construction budget; construction budget prepared after the basis for preparing and programming; Secondly, the high school dormitory, for example in the article of , the construction budget prepared by the method, the basis for preparing and programming construction budget prepared in order to more clearly introduces readers to the preparation process of the construction budget. Finally, the preparation of the construction budget, come to the final total cost of this project.
