外资企业中的人力资源跨文化管理

对于任何一个企业来说,内在的人力资源发展都是十分重要且必不可少的。而对于外资企业来说,想要做到可持续发展,人力资源的跨文化管理扮演着举足轻重的角色。因为外资企业的许多职员都来自不同的国家,有着不同的文化背景和生活习惯,他们在工作和与同事相处过程中都会遇到许多困难和挫折。这个问题会对企业造成一定的伤害,因此需要寻求可行的办法来摆脱该现状。
但是随着全球化的加速,由于文化差异而引起的人力资源管理问题已经影响了,并会不断影响着企业的日常运行及其发展,导致企业浪费大量不必要的人力物力资源。
如何运用适当的措施妥善处理这类问题,更好地运用好人力资源,值得引起我们的注意和重视。本篇论文揭示了跨国企业中合理运用在文化管理中的人力资源的必然性及必要性,同时也提出了如何妥善处理人力资源跨文化管理问题的解决方式。本文目的在于对该领域进行相关研究并提供改进以上提出问题的方法和措施。

Human Resources in Cross-Cultural Management

Abstract:For any enterprise in the world, the internal development of human resources is an important and necessary element. As for the foreign-funded enterprises, the human resource management plays a much more important and deciding role in the process of their sustainable development, because people who work in those enterprises often come from different countries and may have a totally different cultural background or habits of living. So they may encounter difficulties in their jobs, and have trouble in getting on well with each other. This problem will do much harm to the enterprise, thus getting them out of this situation is the only solution.
    However, with the trend of globalization acceleration, the problems caused by the cross-cultural differences in those multinational enterprises have affected, and will continue to do harm to the daily management and its sustainable development there, for those problems and situation will make the enterprises waste a lot of unnecessary human and material resources.
So how to deal with these problems with proper solutions and make good use of human resources is so important that it always merits our attention. This thesis will talk about the inevitability and necessity of taking good charge of human resources in cross-cultural management and then provide with some solutions to deal with those issues in human resource management. All in all, we could see how important human resources management is in the cross-cultural environment, and this paper is intended to do some research in this area and provide proper solutions to improve the above situation.
