杭州居民个人理财需求的研究

随着我国社会经济的不断发展，人民收入及生活水平日益提高，个人的财富积累逐渐增多，投资意识和理念也不断进步，这使得人们对个人及家庭的财务管理需求日渐强烈。但我国个人理财业务的发展还处于新兴阶段，相比国外还存在着很多问题和不足。本文通过对杭州居民个人理财需求情况的调查、分析及研究，使我们了解影响居民理财行为的因素。最后，对杭州居民理财提出相应的建议。

Research on Personal Financial Needs Of the Residents in Hangzhou

Abstract: With the continuous development of our social economic, people's income and living standards are rising, the individual accumulation of wealth is gradually increased, and the awareness and concept on investment is also progressive, these are which make personal and family’s financial management needs increasingly strong. But the development of personal financial business in China is still in the emerging stage, compared with foreign countries, there are still many problems and deficiencies. In this paper, by the Survey, analysis and research on personal financial needs of the residents in Hangzhou, we can understand the factors that affect the residents’ financial behavior. Finally we make some suggestions on family investment of Hang Zhou residents.
