我国保险营销创新缺陷之探讨——以浙江省为例


本文基于对浙江省保险行业的营销创新进行分析,得出几下几个缺陷:1、保险营销中组织创新的单一性。2、保险创新营销中人员能力的缺陷和人才的缺失。3、保险公司对投保客户的后续服务揭露出营销创新的缺陷。最后提出保险企业要进一步的发展需要根本性的重视营销创新,借鉴其他服务行业的好的方面,取其精华,去其糟粕。

Abstract: This article is based on the insurance industry, marketing innovation, Zhejiang Province, analyze, draw a few a few flaws: 1, insurance, marketing, organizational innovation in unity. 2, insurance, marketing personnel innovation capacity weaknesses and lack of talent. 3, insurance follow-up of the insurance customer service revealed deficiencies in marketing innovation. Finally, insurance companies need to further develop the fundamental importance of creating the experience of other service industries the positive side, its essence, to its dregs.
