浅析中小企业融资模式和融资效率

融资问题是联系金融与企业的纽带，并对社会资源的配置起着重要的导向作用。随着我国对市场化程度的提高并在加入WTO后国内外经济贸易环境的变化，中小企业因其旺盛的生命力和市场竞争能力得到了迅速发展。但中小企业还是普遍面临着融资难问题，这成为了其发展壮大的重要因素，且为理论界和实际部门所广泛关注。
本文运用了中小企业融资模式和融资效率的基本理论，以案例研究的方式，通过公司调研、考察获得龙盛公司各种数据、资料，采用统计、归纳、演绎等多种研究方法，对龙盛公司融资模式问题进行深入的分析。通过对龙盛公司融资活动中存在的问题、障碍及其成因的分析，来优化龙盛公司的融资模式，并提出了改善融资模式和提高融资效率的对策建议。

About SMEs Financing Models and Financing Efficiency

Abstract ： The problem of finance is the bridge that connects the financial system to enterprises，which plays an important role of orientation in the collocation of social resources．After joining WTO，the domestic and international economical trades environment has changed and our country market degree has enhanced，small and medium—sized enterprises(SMEs)because of its strong vitality and market competitiveness of rapid development．But SMEs generally face the financing difficult question，more and more to become the important attribution which restricts it to grow strong，and for theory and actual department widespread attention．
This article has utilized the small and medium-sized enterprise financing pattern and the financing efficiency elementary theory, by the case research way, investigates and studies Longsheng Corporation each kind of data through the company, the material which, the inspection obtains, uses the statistics, the induction, the deduction and so on many kinds of research technique, finances the pattern question to Longsheng Corporation to carry on the thorough analysis. Through finances the question to Longsheng Corporation, the barrier and the origin analysis which in the activity exists, optimizes Longsheng Corporation the financing pattern, proposed the improvement financing pattern and the enhancement financing efficiency countermeasure suggestion.
