王振刚是山东琴书表演艺术家，现为中国曲艺家协会会员、山东省曲艺家协会会员、菏泽市曲艺家协会副主席、山东省非物质文化遗产省级传承人。在其从艺四十多年的历程中，对于山东琴书的传承和发展，做出了突出贡献。他在琴书上的高超造诣和演唱的独特魅力，令人神迷。他的坠琴的演奏和伴奏技法，在菏泽地区起到了引领作用。他那质朴、自然、充满乡土气息的声音，展现了南路琴书的独特魅力！
