武术功法之流星打靶的研究与发展

中华武术，源远流长，有着广泛的群众基础，是中国传统文化中的一颗璀灿的明珠。流星打靶就是武术项目运动之一，它具有强身健身、防身自卫、竞技比赛、表演娱乐、交流技艺、增进友谊、陶冶情操等功能，深受广大群众的喜爱。本文从流星打靶的内容、技术训练、发展状况的研究切入，提出几点建议，以期通过此文的撰写使源于中国的武术真正走向世界。在新世纪的来临之即，世界经济文化高速发展的时代，抓住时代给予我们的机遇，发展我国民族的传统文化，实践开发我们民族传统的科技与学术，是我们这个时代的青年义不容辞的责任。
