深港食品公司产品的配送优化

随着世界贸易的高速发展、信息网络技术的日益完善、全球经济一体化步伐的加快，物流成为企业获得利润的“第三利润源”，越来越受到关注。在物流活动中，配送连接着供货点和需求点，是两者之间的桥梁，影响着整个物流系统的效率与服务质量，起着举足轻重的作用。
深港食品公司产品的性质决定了其销售环节中配送的重要性，为了降低物流成本，提高公司产品的配送效率，减少产品从生产厂至销售点的配送时间，在掌握物流配送有关理论的基础上，本文根据公司的实际情况，提出设立物流部和建设配送中心的必要性。引用精确重心法，结合实际情况建立配送中心选址模型，并对模型进行求解，以确定配送中心的地址，然后对公司在市区的配送路线进行优化。最后为保证配送中心的正常运作以及物流信息的及时传递，文中根据公司物流活动侧重于销售的情况，在DRP的基本原理及功能基础上建立公司的物流信息系统。

Optimization of Distribution Products in Shengang Food Corporation

ABSTRACT
With the development of world trade, the increasingly complete of information network technology, as well as the acceleration of the pace of global economic integration, more and more attention are focused on logistics, which has become the “third profit source” of a enterprise. In the logistics activity, as the bridge linked supply point and demand point, distribution affects service quality and efficiency of the entire logistics system, and plays an important role.
The nature of products of ShenGang food company determines the importance of distribution in the sales link. In order to reduce logistics cost, improve the product distribution efficiency, and shorten the distribution time that deliver products from the manufactory to the sale-stores, according to the actual situation of the company, this thesis come up with the necessity of setting up logistics department and building distribution center, based on mastering the relevant theory about logistics distribution. Quoting precise gravity method and combining with actual situation establish distribution center location model and solve the model, thus determine the address of the distribution center. Finally, in this thesis, in order to ensure the normal operation of distribution center and the just-in-time delivery of logistics information, according to the situation that company focused on focused on sales in logistics activity, establish company logistics information system based on the basic principle of DRPand its functions.
