复杂环境下管理者素质分析

在加入世界贸易组织后，我国已经融入了世界市场，激烈的全球竞争对各国企业的发展都产生着重大而深远的影响，在这种激烈和复杂的经济环境中，企业的不断发展，企业的文化建设，企业的形象树立，很大程度上取决于管理者的管理水平，然而管理者的水平又是由管理者的素质决定的。因此，管理者的素质直接影响到企业的管理水平，影响到一个群体的利益。在这种复杂的经济环境下，一个管理者的经验、专业知识、从业经历、敏锐性和洞察力等综合素质都将在一定程度上影响企业所做出的战略决策，从而影响着企业未来的发展。做为一个优秀的管理者，在面对金融危机时的能力，对企业以后的发展起着举足轻重的作用，企业的发展形势一定程度上代表了管理者的整体素质。

The analysis of manager's quality in complicated environment
 
Abstract：China has integrated into the world market since joining the World Trade Organization. The intense global competition has a significant and profound influence on the development of enterprises. In this fierce and complicated environment, the constant development and cultural construction of company count on the management level of managers in large way; while the management level depends on the quality of managers. Therefore, the quality of managers affects the management level and interest of enterprises directly. In this complex financial environment, a manager’s experience, expertise, business experience, acumen and insight would affect decision-making of company to some extent, thereby affecting the future of enterprises.  A excellent manager plays a very important role in the development of enterprises when facing the financial crisis, the developing trend of enterprises would on behalf of comprehensive quality of managers to some way.
