虚拟企业运作模式研究

随着数字化、信息化、网络化向纵深方向发展，虚拟企业运作的品质和水平在不断提高。在这样的发展趋势和变革要求下，经济组织结构也相应地发生了一些新的变化。因此，本文将对虚拟企业运作展开多方位的分。本文首先明示了虚拟企业研究的理论基础是价值链理论和核心竞争力理论。由于对于虚拟企业这一概念的界定知识界对其的解释不尽相同，所以本文借用了兰州大学课题组的研究成果，并在此基础上进行深入对比分析。在明确了这些基本概念之后，再对虚拟企业的柔性化管理等特征进行详细地论述，接着确定组建虚拟企业应具备的条件和组建的一般步骤。然后对虚拟企业运作的模式类型如骨干中心型、联生网络型等模型进行深入地分析，最后对提出要注意虚拟企业运作过程中的风险问题。经过这样相对全面的阐述，本文为认识虚拟企业及其运作提供了新的途径。

Research in the Operation Pattern of Virtual Enterprise
 
Abstract: With the deep development of digitization, information and network, the quality and the level of virtual enterprising is continuously improving. Basing on these situations, the structure of economic organization is changing relatively. In this paper, the operation of virtual enterprise will be analyzed in multi-direction. First, it states that the research in virtual enterprise is base on Value Chain Theory and Core Competence Theory.  But the definition of virtual enterprise is different in the area of intellectual circle. Therefore the researched result of Lanzhou University “V•E system development” team is adopted. After understanding these basic concepts, then the features such as flexible management of virtual enterprise are discussed in details. Followed, make sure the conditions and steps of setup a virtual enterprise. And then the operation patterns of virtual enterprise such as the backbone model are deeply analyzed. Finally, attention should be paid to the risks of operation of virtual enterprise during the process.
