肯德基在中国市场上的营销及前景预测
自肯德基在中国开设第一家餐厅起,便开始摸索,学习中国市场,逐步打造具有中国特色的肯德基管理模式。肯德基在中国市场上的经营策略是十分值得关注的,在中国经过二十三年的摸索经营,它已经形成或者基本形成了一套既符合国际惯例,又适应中国国情的企业经营策略,而且在很大程度上影响了中国的餐饮行业,但是随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的提高,肯德基在中国未来市场上的前景将会如何,我们对此提出了新的看法。

KFC’s marketing and future previews in the Chinese market
 
Abstract: The KFC has came to set up its management model of Chinese characteristics by exploring and learning Chinese market since it opened the first restaurant in China .After 16-year exploration operation, the KFC has formed or basically formed a set of management strategy for enterprises which not only fit in international practice but also adapt to China’s condition that has greatly affected China’s catering industry, therefore, it is worthy of great concern. While, with the development of society and the improvement people’s living standards, what’s the KFC’s prospect in China? We propose a new view.
