【内容摘要】

企业激励机制中的商业保险运用研究

人力资源是一个企业获得竞争优势的关键。然而我国的激励机制目前还存在很多问题,不能最大限度地发挥企业人才的积极性和创造性;另一方面,我国政治、经济、教育、医疗等领域的改革也使企业员工面临的压力和负担日益增大,也要求企业能够根据国家社会经济、政策、法律、文化环境以及企业内部情况来完善企业的激励机制。本文以激励理论、人力资本理论和商业保险的相关理论作为本文研究的理论基础,从激励机制的现状及存在的问题入手,探讨了企业运用商业保险的适用性、定位及原则。通过实例,笔者研究了海尔集团的激励体系,在此基础之上,提出了企业商业保险方案设计的框架,包括设计的对象、模式、配套制度、设计流程以及设计中应该注意的问题。

Research on the use of commercial insurance
in business incentives

Abstract:Human resources is a key to gain a competitive advantage. However, there are still many problems in china's incentives,which can't maximize the business people's enthusiasm and creativity.on the other side, employees face increasing pressure and burden because of the reform of china's political,economic, education , health care and other field. These also requires companies to improve the situation in accordance with national socio-economic, policy, legal, and cultural environment of the enterprise business incentives. In theory, this paper is based on incentive theory, human capital theory and the theory of commercial insurance as the theoretical basis of this study, the status quo from the incentive mechanism and the problems start to explore the applicability of commercial insurance business use, positioning and principles , while the use of commercial insurance affect internal and external environment of an integrated and comprehensive analysis is given in the use of commercial insurance companies need to consider internal and external conditions of the proposal.Instance, the author studied the Haier Group, the incentive system on this basis, the framework of the corporate commercial insurance programs, including the issue of should be noted that the designed object model, supporting systems, the design process and design.
