完善我国高额外汇储备管理对策研究
当前我国的外汇储备规模已远超合理的储备水平。如何抑制外汇储备的急剧增长以及对不断增长的巨额外汇储备进行行之有效的管理，已经成为我国不得不面对和认真思考的现实问题，它关系到我国的国计民生，更关系到我国的金融经济安全。
现阶段我国外汇储备存在结构不合理，增速过快，规模过大以及外汇储备收益率过低等问题。本文将从我国外汇储备的现状出发，指出我国外汇储备存在的的问题，分析高额的外汇储备我国金融经济的影响，探讨高额外汇储备形成的原因，并且针对我国外汇储备存在的问题，从控制外汇储备的增速和规模，优化外汇储备结构，提高外汇储备收益率三个方面，对我国外汇储备进行优化调整，使之更适应我国的经济发展战略以及全球经济发展格局的对策建议。

Abstract：Foreign exchange reserves is a measure of a country's comprehensive strength one of the key indicators, in recent years our country foreign exchange reserve grows fast, in 2011the country's foreign exchange reserves exceed $3in the world. Facing the complex and changing international economic situation, scale and structure of foreign exchange reserve at greater risk, how to control the scale of foreign currency reserve to achieve the maximum economic benefits, become the focus of attention. The scale of Chinese foreign exchange reserve has far exceeded the reasonable level of reserves. How to restrain the sharp increase in foreign exchange reserves and growing huge foreign exchange reserves has become our country must face the serious thought and real problem, it matters to the life of our people, but also related to the financial security of our country.
In the present stage, China's foreign exchange reserves exist unreasonable structure, rapid growth of foreign exchange reserves, the scale is too large, the problem of low yield. This paper from China's foreign exchange reserves of the status quo, analysis of China 's foreign exchange reserves of the causes of the problems and the negative effects, suggesting that, Chinese foreign exchange reserve diversification and the necessity of choice, and in view of the status of Chinese foreign exchange reserve, from the control of the growth of foreign exchange reserve and scale, optimize the structure, improve the foreign exchange reserve the rate of return of three aspects of China 's foreign exchange reserves, adjust and optimize.
