广东省贫困县产业结构调整对策研究

产业结构调整是国民经济结构的重要组成部分。现代经济发展史表明，一个县域或者一个国家经济的发展过程，不仅仅表现为经济总量的增长，还必然伴随产业结构的调整。优化的产业结构意味着产业的比例协调、技术先进、发展层次高，能够实现产业资源的优化配置和高效利用，增加有效供给，创造新的需求，带来经济快速、协调、高效发展。广东省经济经过三十多年的快速增长，已取得了显著经济成就，产业结构发生巨大变化，工业化进程明显加快，但广东省部分县区仍属落后，产业结构的不协调及低效益、各地区产业结构失衡等矛盾日益显现。广东省要想实现可持续发展，就必须在复杂的产业体系中培育出具有竞争力的合理产业结构。论文试图通过对广东省产业结构进行深入的分析研究，以和平县为例，提出广东省产业结构的优化调整的对策。

The Research about Industrial Structure Adjustment
of Poor Area in GuangDongProvince
Abstract
    Industrial restructuring plays an important role in the national economic structure. History of modern economic development shows that a county or a process of economic development among countries not only showed the total economic growth, but also must be accompanied by industrial restructuring.Optimized industrial structure means that the proportion of industry coordination, advanced technology, high level development, and it can optimize allocation of industrial resources and efficient use ,increase effective supply, create new demand, bringing rapid, coordinated and efficient development. GuangDong economy, after thirty years of rapid growth, has made remarkable economic achievements and has tremendous changes in industrial structure, industrialization, speedup the process, but it is still behind the other provinces, with uncoordinated industrial structure and low efficiency, regional imbalances in industrial structure have become increasingly apparent. To achieve sustainable development in GuangDong, we must cultivate a complexindustrial system in a reasonable and competitive industrial structure. This paper attemptsto conduct in-depth analysis of industry structure, taking HePing County for an example, putting forward the countermeasures of adjustment and optimization industrial structure of GuangDong.
