随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对饮食的要求也逐渐向科学、营养、多元化餐饮转变。近年来,餐饮业的发展异军突起,餐饮企业在人们的日常生活中已经不再是满足食欲的场所,人们对饮食的需求已经逐渐由“吃饱”上升到“吃的健康”的阶段,对餐饮企业的要求越来越苛刻。所以在餐饮市场竞争日益激烈的大前提下,如何保持餐饮业的竞争力已经成为了各餐饮企业在激烈的市场竞争中保持活力的关键。
为了摆脱餐饮企业的发展瓶颈,越来越多的餐饮企业将市场营销的概念引入到行业中来,在餐饮业在品质同质化的时代,服务营销已经越来越成为商业组织创造竞争优势的最有效手段,用现代的营销观念武装餐饮企业,并且形成符合餐饮业发展的市场营销体系,为餐饮业进一步发展打开了新局面,开阔了新思路。

ABSTRACT
With economic development, increasing people's living standard, people are demanding the diet gradually to science, nutrition, diversified food and beverage changes. In recent years, the sudden emergence of food and beverage industry, food and beverage company in people's daily life is no longer the place to satisfy the appetite, people have come from the demand for food, "eat" up to "eat healthy" stage, on the restaurant more and more demanding business requirements. Therefore, in an increasingly competitive food market, under the premise of how to maintain the competitiveness of food and beverage industry has become a food and beverage enterprises in the fierce competition in the market vitality of the key.
