高科技企业的“轻资产”运营模式

  轻资产运营模式是由上世纪80年代麦肯锡管理咨询公司提出，并一直受到了西方国家的青睐和追捧。近些年来，我国不同行业，如高科技、PC、服装、金融、汽车等行业都有不同的公司采用了此模式，并取得了良好的运营效果。本文旨在通过对高科技企业轻资产运营的界定， 结合其轻资产运营模式的措施和财务特点，分析高科技轻资产类企业运营模式的优劣势，为高科技企业轻资产运营模式的实施提出一些建议。

ABSTRACT
Asset-light strategy was mentioned by McKinsey management consulting firm and popular by western countries. In recent years, more and more different industries in our country, such as high-tech industry, PC, apparel industry, automotive industry and so on, are adopting this asset-light strategy and have achieved good results. This essay aims to define asset-light strategy in high-tech industry and find out its operating methods and financial characteristics. This essay is to give some suggestions to the high-tech enterprises using asset-light strategy though analyzing its advantages and disadvantages.
