阿莫纳什维利的学校无分数教育模式及现实意义
阿莫纳什维利是近代格鲁吉亚的儿童心理学家、教育家,原苏联教育科学院院士,曾任全苏教师创造协会理事长,格鲁吉亚戈盖巴什维利教育所长。20世纪60年代初他致力于教育革新的实验,创造了一套以师生独特的交往方式为基础,并具有他本人鲜明个性特点的合作教学模式,被简单称作没有分数的教学模式。阿莫纳什维利的教育实验思想,亦即他的教育实验观,不仅建立在他长年教育实践中所形成的教育观和教学观基础上,而且在教育和教学观之间,以学校、班级的师生合作关系为纽带,作为他整个教育实验的基础。阿莫纳什维利把关于师生合作关系的教育思想引进、迁移到他的小学实验教学体系中。以师生关系为主导思想,以“没有分数的教学”为起点,进行了具有自己独特教学特色的首创性教育实验。当前,许多教育研究人员对阿莫纳什维利的无分数教学模式进行了理论探索,而本篇论文以无分数教学模式的主要理念和技巧为基础,从我国教育的实际的背景出发,探讨阿莫纳什维利无分数教学模式对我国的借鉴意义。
