小学生实施挫折教育的必要性及途径

小学生挫折教育强调以小学生为中心,让家长、学校、社会根据小学生的心理特点等实际情况开展挫折教育，以提高小学生的挫折承受力。首先要让家长、学校、社会树立对小学生开展挫折教育的意识，其次再谈家庭、学校、社会充分发挥各自的作用，对小学生开展有效的挫折教育。通过家庭、学校、社会的密切配合以达到提高小学生挫折承受力的目的。

Abstract: Frustration education emphasizes to pupils as the center, to let the parents, schools, social according to students the practical development of frustration education, to improve the students' frustration tolerance. First of all let parents, school, society and set up on Pupils' development of frustration education consciousness, then talk about family, school, society and fully play their respective roles, carry out effective frustration education for pupils. Through the family, school, society cooperate closely in order to improve the endurance of frustration of purpose of pupils.
