青少年网络成瘾成因的认知因素
随着社会的发展，青少年网络成瘾问题越来越受到社会的关注，在当今中国，网络成瘾已不仅仅是个体的问题，而已上升为家庭和社会问题，找出网络成瘾的根源及其解决对策迫在眉睫。本文根据前人的研究，从青少年自我的认知、与家庭的对抗认知、与高考制度的对抗认知和在面对压力的不良认知几个方面分析了青少年网络成瘾的原因，试图从自身、学校、家庭等方面提出相应的预防对策，以帮助中学生远离网瘾，树立正确的世界观，人生观。

Abstract ：With the development of society, the problem of youth Internet addiction was paid more and more attention by the society, low a days ,Internet addiction is not only individuals, but also become the family and social problems, it is urgent to find out the root causes of Internet addiction solutions. Based on previous research, we analysis the reason of Internet addiction from young people's self-cognitive with family confrontation cognitive, confrontation with the college entrance examination system and the harmful cognitive in face of the pressure, and so on. Try to help middle school students get away from the Internet addiction and establish correct. world outlook and outlook on life.
