云计算与企业财务管理信息化——基于烟台万华有限公司案例

“云计算”作为全球信息技术发展趋势之一，在过去的几年中，无论是各国的政府、科研机构，还是厂商、中小型企业都对其核心技术及未来应用给予了高度重视和肯定。“云计算”已成为一些发达国家信息产业升级的重要契机，各跨国电子信息企业也借此进行巨额投资开设研发中心，力争在此领域占主导地位以获得竞争优势。我国各中小企业也急紧跟时代步伐，以掌握“云计算”的核心技术，推动在各领域的应用。如同十八世纪工业革命，“云计算”是信息时代下社会分工以及产业链发生巨变的体现，毋庸置疑将会给我们的工作模式及商业模式带来巨大变化，财务管理也将采用全新的模式。
本文阐述了云计算在企业财务管理信息化中的优势和应用，通过烟台万华的案例分析，研究该企业在实施信息化系统项目初期的财务指标，分析其偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力，发现问题并剖析企业在财务管理模式上有待挖掘的发展潜力，提炼项目成功所包含的几项必要因素，并对安全性、财务人员的未来角色等进行具体讨论。

Abstract
Cloud computing as one of the global information technology trends in the past few years, both governments and research institutions, manufacturers, small and medium-sized enterprises give a high degree of attention and recognition on the core technology of "cloud computing" as well as future applications. "Cloud computing" has become an important opportunity for industrial upgrading in developed countries, the multinational electronic information enterprises also take based on the huge investment to set up R & D center and strive to gain a competitive advantage, as well as the dominant in this area.
Like the industrial revolution of the last century, the "cloud computing" is a manifestation of the social division of labor and industrial chain in the information age, a dramatic change, will undoubtedly be a huge change to the way we work, and business models, financial management also will be a new mode. This paper describes the advantages and applications of cloud computing in the enterprise financial management information, analysis of its corporate solvency, operations, profitability and financial indicators of a chemical industry enterprises in the initial stage of the implementation of information systems projects, identify problems and analysis of corporate financial management model development potential to be excavated, refined contains several essential factor in the success of the project and from the security, the future role of the pros and cons of financial officers questioned.
