我国连锁餐饮业成本控制的探讨—小肥羊案例分析


随着综合国力的不断增强,中国餐饮业也迅速崛起。冲击了以“肯德基”“麦当劳”洋快餐称霸的局面。而“小肥羊”作为其中的一部分显得尤为突出。但是就目前而言,中国上市的餐饮业只有八家,这表明我国餐饮业在发展的同时,相应的存在一些不足。如对成本的控制、对人才的引进等等方面。
    论文将通过对企业的成本控制的主体即相应的人力成本、资金成本以及物力成本等进行叙述,其次再分析当今中国餐饮业的一些相关问题同时需要创新的地方。以小肥羊为实例,由点及面的论述中国餐饮业的相关问题以及需要解决的相关问题。

Abstract
Today, with the development of China, we can see a lot of restaurants chain.   KFC and Mcdonalds are not the only famous restaurants chain in China. Now many good restaurants chain can be choose. The little sheep is obviously. Sadly, only eight are listed which make us know there are many problems in our Chinese restaurants. Such as Cost, the talent and so on. 
This paper will be paid much attention on cost control of the restaurant chain.And also through this paper, we will find some problem in our Chinese company. Just for the example in Little Sheep. We can find some form it. In aims to make our brand  welcome.
