工业工程是对人、物料、设备、能源、和信息等所组成的集成系统，进行设计、改善和实施，从而提高生产效率，降低生产成本的学科。随着社会的进步人们生活水平不断提高，对生活、工作环境的要求也越来越高，这就迫使企业需要通过不断改善员工的工作环境，提高工作效率来提高企业的综合竞争力。
本论文通过运用工业工程中的工作研究、设施布置等方法对生产车间各个生产环节进行改善，并利用人因工程对工人工作环境包括照明、噪声、温度等因素进行调查分析，改善工人工作环境以提高工人工作积极性，降低工人疲劳强度，最终达到提高企业效率的目的。

The analysis and research on production process of Talang electric bicycle company

Abstract
Industrial Engineering is a subject to improve working efficiency and reduce production cost by designing, practicing and improving the system based on human, material, resource, equipment and information. With the improvement of society, people’s life is getting better and better and the requirement to the working and studying environment is getting higher .Under this pressure, the company has to keep improving working environment to improve efficiency so that the company will be much more competitive.
This paper applies the industrial engineering method, such as work study and the facility layout analysis to improve the production efficiency. It also investigates the factors of working environment in terms of lighting, noise and temperature by using the human factors engineering method, in order to reduce the worker’s fatigue value and then improve the workers' enthusiasm of work. The final purpose is to achieve the high efficiency of the company.
