我国上市公司监事会效能状况研究
论文在介绍上市公司监事会基本特点和社会地位的基础上，分析了我国上市公司监事会的构成现状及上市公司监事会存在的主要问题及其原因，应用案例研究了上市公司监事会对上市公司的影响作用及其在公司治理中的效能状况，提出了完善我国上市公司监事会制度的建议和发挥监事会职能的措施。

Abstract
