中西方思维方式的差异对商务谈判的影响


自从中国加入WTO以来,中国与各国之间的贸易往来日益密切,中国逐渐成为世界上最大的进出国之一。贸易往来的主要途径以商务谈判为主,这就决定了商务谈判在贸易中的重要性。由于各国存在着历史及文化方面的差异,所以商务谈判并非一项简单的任务,了解中西方思维方式的差异,对于在谈判中赢得有力的地位是必不可少的。只有如此,方能百战不殆。本文从思维方式角度来分析商务谈判,探讨思维方式的定义及中西方存在的差异,分散型思维差异与综合型思维差异,主观性和客观性思维差异,以及螺旋式和直线式,差异对于商务谈判的影响,探求有利的正确的方法来解决问题,包括首先的理解,又通过举例说明等。为我国经济建设的蓬勃发展和经济建设服务。

The Influence of Thinking Differences between China and Western Countries on the Business Negotiation

Abstract
   Since China's accession to the WTO,the trade relationship between china
and other countries becoming closer. China become one of the largest import and export countries in the world. The mainly method used in the trade is business negotiation; this determines the importance of business negotiation. Due to the difference between china and western countries in terms of history and culture, so the business negotiation is not an easy task, to learn these differences is essential if we want to be the winner of the trade.  Only understand this, we can fight a hundred battles with no danger of defeat. This paper is trying to analyze the business negotiation through thinking difference, investigate the definition of thinking and the differences and its influence, trying to find the effective and correct way to settle problems. To serve the socialist market economy and promote its prosperity.
