商务英语信函中拒绝言语行为的礼貌策略研究Today, more and more communications are needed in our worlds, enhance relationship, and help to increase the company's profit. So the business letters is quite important. However, it is not an easy job to compose a business letters, especially sometimes you need to refuse your customer’ request for instance, the business letters are a newly developed occupation and flourishing with the steps of globalization. People usually know the world through English news. However, in many places, especially in developing countries, the qualified and professional English news translations are still hard to transfer the real meaning. According to the above, translators can make well connection between existed experience and knowledge and what English news conveying to him. Although English news translation is a complicated process, where a multitude of factors influence each other. Schema theory can help translators a lot to make translation more properly.
The author points out that most researchers have pay attention on face-to-face communication not letters. During this paper, the author has the idea to reject policy analysis in English from the perspective of a business letter polite. So the current study may help in theoretical and practical considerations.

In Chapter One, literature review is made on the studies of some politeness theories. Chapter Two presents a complete analysis of politeness strategies in English business refusals letters and makes an analysis of their application. In this paper, the author has made collection and analysis of the samples, followed by a brief conclusion. Finally, in the last part, the study, several suggestions and some shortages.
