论商务活动中的语言沟通技巧

当今世界经济全球化的趋势日益加强,国与国之间的交往与联系日益密切,国际贸易与对外交往也日益频繁。因此,商务活动在国际交往中的重要性也日益突出。但是在商务活动中,要想运筹帷幄,掌握主动权,获得成功,就必须充分了解影响商务活动的各种因素并找到理论依据,从而提高我们在商务活动中的语言技巧。商务活动本身包括各种各样的活动比如:社交活动、谈判活动、电话沟通和会议等等。本文试图通过马斯洛的需求理论分析国际商务活动,探讨如何提高商务活动中的语言沟通技巧,谋求正确有效的谈判策略,为我国经济建设服务,促进经济建设事业蓬勃发展。

On Language Communication Skills in Business Arena
Abstract
Nowadays, the cooperation and relationship between China and the other countries have become closer and closer. International trade and intercourse have become more and more frequent, because the world’s economy is becoming more and more globalized. So the business arena becomes more and more important in the international communication. But , if we want to work out plans and strategies, grasp initiative and make success in international negotiation, we must comprehend various factors influence the international arena completely and found the theoretical foundation, thereby, to improve our communication skills in the international arena. This paper is trying to analyze the communication skills in the business arena through Maslow’s need theory, discuss how to improve the communication skills in the business arena, find effective and practical strategies, to serve the socialist market economy and promote its prosperity.
