食品进出口行业存在的风险及防范

高质量和安全的食品是经济发展和人民生活状况的一个重要基准。坚持以人为本的方针，中国政府始终高度重视食品质量和安全。此外，坚持防患于未然的问题的原则，已建成和完善食品安全监管体制机制，加强立法和相关标准的制定，实行严格的质量控制对于食品，积极推进国际交流与合作，并大大提高了公众的食品安全意识。由于这些努力，我国食品质量总体水平正在稳步提高，食品安全形势不断好转，食品生产经营秩序也明显好转。

Abstract
High quality and safety of food is a major benchmark of the economic development and people's living conditions of a country. Adhering to the people-oriented approach, the Chinese government has always attached great importance to food quality and safety. Moreover, sticking to the principle of nipping problems in the bud, it has built and improved a supervisory system and mechanism for food safety, strengthened legislation and the setting of relevant standards, exercised strict quality control regarding food, actively promoted international exchanges and cooperation in this respect, and has greatly raised public awareness of food safety. Thanks to such efforts, the overall level of food quality in China is being steadily enhanced, the situation of food safety is continuously improving, and the order in food production and operation have markedly turned for the better.
