论谷歌独特的企业文化

谷歌，作为全世界最成功的IT企业之一，在这个充满竞争的社会，其独特的企业文化为它的成功奠定了坚实的基础。本文阐述了谷歌公司的成立及发展，以文献综述的方式展示了中外文献对谷歌公司的企业文化所进行的分析，归纳并总结出了谷歌企业文化的特点。通过从领导文化，员工文化，团队文化和产品文化四个方面对谷歌的企业文化进行分析，得出了谷歌在企业文化方面的创新之处。其次，本文对谷歌在中国的发展进行了简单的介绍，通过对谷歌公司和国内公司的企业文化所进行的比较，指出了国内企业的不足之处。最后，以结论的方式对主题进行了重申。

Abstract

Google is one of the most successful IT enterprises in the world. In this society which is full of competition, Google couldn’t get its achievement without its unique corporate culture. This paper presents the establishment and development of Google, and summarizes the features of Google’s corporate culture by showing the analysis of the culture from Chinese and foreign literature in literature review. By analyzing the leadership culture, staff culture, team culture and product culture, this paper explains the innovation Google has made in corporate culture. Then, this paper makes a brief introduction to the development of Google in China, and points out the weakness of domestic enterprises by comparing their corporate culture with Google’s. Finally, this paper restates the theme in conclusion.
